Two complexes of prisoner blocks were planned: 33 at the main camp and 45 at the so-called extension camp. Between them a roll-call square for 30,000 prisoners was envisioned. The roll-call square was enclosed between the camp reception building from the west and the kitchen building from the east. The reception building was to include rooms for guards, block-seniors, and the garrison alarm subdivision, the camp registration and prisoners’ employment offices.
The commandant's prison and a hospital for prisoners were to be located north of the second complex of prisoner blocks in the so-called extension camp.
