Representatives of regional and municipal government, institutions of higher education in Oswiecim, and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum unveiled a "Program Concept for an International Seminar and Conference Center and an International Education Center," as part of the "Strategic Government Program for Oswiecim."
