The Auschwitz Memorial at the Frankfurt International Book Fair

Poland was the guest of honor at this year's 52nd annual Frankfurt Book Fair. Over 16,500 publishers from 113 countries presented their wares: some 385,000 books, of which 90,000 were new titles.

The Polish guests invited to Frankfurt included Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum Vice-Director Krystyna Oleksy and Publications Department Director Teresa Swiebocka. They presented the Museum's publications.
