1,000,000 Kroner for the Museum

A Swedish Government grant of 1,000,000 kroner was officially presented to the Museum on January 27, 1999. The funds are designated for replacing the current Kleio computer program, used in the Archives, with new programming. The project also includes the introduction of new facilities for entering, searching, and analyzing the data

The contract for supplying the software was signed on February 1. The work will be coordinated by the Museum Computer section. The project also includes replacing one of the servers in the Computer Section.
