Aleksandra Skarbińska

Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban planning of Silesian University of Technology, as well as post-graduate studies on Architecture Conservation. In 2006 she received a license within architecture to design without limitations. Experienced in designing and verification of documentation as an architecture and building administration authority of the second level.
