Fairy-Tales from Auschwitz

An exceptional publication. Reprints of fairy-tales for children created illegally in the camp by Polish prisoners working in the SS offices who had access to paint, carbon paper, paper and copying devices. Texts of fairy-tales are rhymed and provided with beautiful colour illustrations. At least six of such books were made in the camp, sent secretly during war-time to families and children of prisoners.
