Auschwitz and Holocaust. Education at School and in Memorial Site

A collection of lectures presented in 2013 during a national scientific and didactic conference entitled “Auschwitz and Holocaust. Education at School and in Memorial Site.” The conference was organized by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum and Memorial and Institute of History of the Pedagogical University of Cracow. The book deals with the issue of teaching about Auschwitz and the Holocaust in Poland and analyses it from many various perspectives: historical, literary theory, sociological and pedagogical.
