IT Section
The Information Technology Section is responsible for the computer network and hardware throughout the Museum, and supervises the process of adapting the various Museum departments and sections to computerized operations (hardware and software). The Section also has the task of developing guidelines for the digital conversion of the Museum.
A fiber-optic network, installed in 2007, links various buildings on the Museum grounds, facilitating the sharing of information between departments and providing increased numbers of Museum staff with Internet access.
