Accounting
The Department keeps financial-accounting records on the basis of the legal regulations in force and internal Museum procedures. It also plans revenues and expenditures, tracks current Museum finances, and prepares reports required by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the bureau of statistics.
The department is responsible for the Museum payroll, including withholding tax, social security, and unemployment fund payments. The Department supplies information and various forms required by Museum employees, and settles accounts with guides and other contractors with whom the Museum cooperates.
