Registration documents

Registration documents mostly prisoners barracks so called blocks containing basic information about the inmates. These documents were carried out on orders from the SS by writers-prisoners. In different sections of the document writer inscribed: prisoners number ("Häftl. Nr." - Häftlingsnummer), name ("Vor. U. Zuname" - Vor- und Zuname), the date and place of birth ("Geb. Datum u. Ort" - Geburtsdatum und -ort), occupation ("Beruf"), working squad, in which the prisoner was employed ("Kommando") and the number of the room where he spands his nights ("Stube").
